Before your appointment…

• Please make sure all your dog’s vaccinations are current.

• If you want us to skip any step of the traditional groom, just let us know.

• If you are bringing your puppy to us, they should have received their second round of vaccinations, usually at about 12 weeks.

• Please make us aware of any skin problems (moles, skin tags, lumps, sore spots) or medical issues your dog has prior to us beginning the groom. We’ll keep a careful eye on the area of concern and better monitor their behavior if we know what to look out for.

• Please let us know if your dog is fearful of heights or has vertigo, we can groom them on a very low table.

• Let us know if your dog has ever been aggressive with a prior groomer and the circumstances. We can work to make your dog calmer and more willing to be groomed.

• We occasionally give small treats to dogs to reinforce good behavior. If this isn’t agreeable to you, let us know.

• Please have your dog do his/her business before coming to the salon. Thank you!
